E5 Outreach

After their first trip together in 2011, Paul Ortega and John Brattlof started Pearl Haven Ministries and in 2018, E5 Outreach.  These two have worked together to partner with Ugandan ministries to help spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to a hurting and broken world.

Since the beginnings in 2011, Paul and John have brought over 25 teams to Uganda for evangelism, pastor training, medical missions, and sports camps.  They have helped build many churches and pastor's homes.  They have also provided emergency food relief during the COVID lockdowns. 

Our mission is to Equip, Engage, Encourage, Enable, and Evangelize with Ugandan partners to help spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
